Another grey day here - I hope some of you folks actually saw some sun today.
Work was OK - nothing too special although I have been requested to organise a stag night for a colleague and friend! It will of course have to be a Unisex do if I have to run about sorting it all out! So that will be another wild night out on the town to look forward to at least 
My darling daughter has done all the gloss painting in the kitchen - she is a treasure.
I have been to the gym and now I am about to eat a jacket potato with tuna and a teeny weeny bit of mayo (light). Starving......

Hiya! Yes I saw the sun today
mind you I haven't seen rain since March the 12th so tis no surprize really 
My work was exactly the same as it always is - very boring! Breaking in a new auditor, so checks and controls took over 2 hours 
Can normally bash them out in 30 mins 
did a bit of running to take my total since Abu Dhabi to 61 miles in 3 weeks ( need new trainers
